PDF Reader

In order to read a PDF file, you need a PDF reader. If you do not have a PDF reader, click here to install Adobe Reader, a free program. (When you install Adobe Reader, you may want to uncheck Adobe Yahoo! Toolbar and Adobe Photoshop® Album Starter Edition, unless you think you may need them for other purposes.)

Important - Make sure the text on the page is not reduced to a smaller size:

Adobe Reader may scale pages (make them smaller) on printing, depending on the printer and print driver. This will make the font smaller and more difficult to read. To avoid this problem, make sure you choose “None” from the “Page Scaling:” drop-down list in the Reader’s Print dialog box. Once you click on the "None" setting, it should remain that way until you change it again.

The screen shot below is from Adobe Reader 8 on a PC. A Mac and earlier versions of the Reader may have slightly different options, but the main page scaling options are there.
